This Cancellation Policy explains how service cancellations are handled by Beaconcross Technologies Private Limited.
1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request to support [at] beaconcross [dot] com.
2. Before Service Commencement
If cancellation is requested before work begins, payments may be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
3. After Service Commencement
Once service delivery has started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on work completed. Charges for completed work and administrative costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unlawful use. In such cases, refunds will be determined at the Company’s discretion based on work completed.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved cancellations and refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
