Smart Intelligent Q&A

Beacon Q&A uses AI based Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to find answers from your own data sources. As part of this solution, the solution is presented to the user in conversational answer format. The software understands the user question, its context and computes the response accordingly. Our algorithm takes care of the spellings, grammar, synonyms and hence reducing the dependence on the intelligence of the user who is asking the question.

Avoid Hallucination Risk

Usage of Large Language Models brings with it the risk of hallucination, in which the generative model could give out information or answers which are not correct and un-intended. Our solution built on the concept of retrieval augmented generation reduces this risk to almost 0.

Understanding Complex and Domain specific language

As Beacon Q&A makes use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand your data and user queries, it is able to understand complex terms including abbreviations that may be part of the data sources.

The answer ensures that the user gets specific information in the fastest possible time thus eliminating needless clicking and scrolling through different document sources.

Connectors

Connectors can be used to automatically index data from your repository. Currently file connectors and web urls are supported. We support advance document structures containing structured/unstructured text along with tables.

Q&A Analytics

The dashboard will give you insights into how the Q&A application is performing across different business sectors. We can check how many Q&A sessions were created, what are the most frequently asked queries and detailed reports about the results including the match quality which will be classified as WELCOME, GENERATIVE, GENERATIVE FALLBACK and FALLBACK.

Customizable

The Q&A experience is customizable via REST API’s and a range of customizations are possible to tone the answer responses.
