Smart Intelligent Search

Beacon Smart Search uses AI based Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to find answers from your data sources. This is different from traditional keyword searches where the onus is on the user to enter the right phrase. Our intelligent search algorithm takes care of the context, spellings, grammar, synonyms and hence reducing the dependence on the intelligence of the user who is making the search.

The search results are delivered as excerpts from your data sources and are ranked as per similarity score. They also contain the data source or any other stored or computed metadata information.

Understanding Complex and Domain specific language

As Beacon Search makes use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to understand your data and user queries, it is able to understand complex terms including abbreviations that may be part of the data sources.

Accuracy and Speed

Most of the searches will be delivered with very high accuracy and depending on the size of the indexed data will be completed within a second. This ensures that the user gets the information in the fastest possible time thus eliminating needless clicking and scrolling through different document sources.

Connectors

Connectors can be used to automatically index data from your repository. Currently file connectors and web urls are supported. We support advance document structures containing structured/unstructured text along with tables.

More connectors are being added and planned as per the product roadmap.

Search Analytics

The dashboard will give you insights into how the search application is performing across different business sectors. We can check how many searches were performed, what are the most frequently asked queries and detailed reports about the search results including the match quality which will be classified as GOOD, BROAD, RISK and WARNING.

Customizable

The search experience is customizable via REST API’s. The number of search results and threshold can be configured.

The search functionality is based on Large Language Models which can be setup as per customer needs.
